Q: How do you ship out your orders?

A: Shipping takes place in Lumby, B.C. and depending where you are in the world, the timing of which your order arrives can vary. We use Canada Post for our shipping service unless otherwise stated by you. Take note of the expected waiting time once orders are confirmed shipped:

  • B.C. 2-3 business days
  • Alberta 2-3 business days
  • Saskatchewan 3-5 business days
  • Manitoba 4-5 business days
  • Ontario 5-7 business days
  • Quebec 7-11 business days
  • Maritime provinces 7-11 business days
  • Territories 14-21 days

Any shipment destined to a rural area or a First Nations reserve typically takes longer.

Shipping time to the United States can vary depending what State you’re in but usually between 6-8 business days. Add time to the shipping of your order if your parcel does not clear customs immediately.

Shipping to Europe is a minimum of 2 weeks and can take up to 4 weeks depending on customs.

Any order with customized stitching onto your jersey can take anywhere between 3 to 12 weeks due to the specialized process of the hand-stitching and also depending where in the world it’s being shipped to.

Q: Are your products sold online from licensed suppliers?

A: Yes! All products sold online are from suppliers that have an NHL or NFL Canada licensing agreement. We don’t accept unlicensed vendors.

Q: How come some of the coupon codes don’t work?

A: Some of the coupon codes offered expire after a promotion is finished. 3rd party websites that search for coupon codes will often display coupon codes that have expired and are no longer offered. The best way to ensure you have the right coupon codes will be displayed on our website or displayed from any of our affiliates in our partners section.

Q: Are the letter/number kits on your NHL jerseys the same kind NHL players use?

A: Yes! All of the name/letter kits are NHLPA licensed and are pro-grade. They are pressed and hand-stitched onto the jersey plus they include a name-plate along the back.

Q: When I order an item in stock and another on “backorder”, how does the process of shipping work for that?

A: We will ship out the item in stock first then then the item on backorder on a later date. You will be notified by email on an estimated date on when the backordered item will be sent off.

Q: Are you open to have more suppliers and expand to more sports in the future?

A: Yes! As long as it’s licensed and is the right fit for our brand, we will welcome expansion to more products in more sports products in the future.

Q: Are your sizing chart true to size?

A: Yes! Our sizing charts from both Adidas and Hockey Sockey are true to size. There might be a rare case where the item purchased may not fit for whatever reason. Just send us a message and we’ll help you return it (Pro-Customized jerseys do not apply).

Q: How do you package your products?

A: For most products we use a bubble mailer to ship but for jerseys we ship in industry standard shipping boxes to protect the lettering kits and logos from curling during transport.
